Becoming a Realtor in Central New York has been among the greatest decisions of my life. I have been blessed with an abundance of great clients since I entered this field some 20 years ago. I see myself supporting this industry another 20 years or more.

When it comes to Real Estate, there are few better places than Central New York to be a Realtor. As a Realtor, I was named Realtor of the Year in 2009. While this is defintely a milestone, and a wonderful award, what went through my mind as I learned I would be recieving this title was all of the wonderful people in the industry that saw fit to include me amongst the Realtors that came before me.

I have worked in this industry since 1991. I am an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, as a residential agent, a luxury property specialist, a builder representative, and a Commercial Real Estate agent.

I was born and raised in my hometown of Rocky Mount, North Carolina. A beautiful, spacious, wooded, countryside full of large farms, mountains and streams, and the greatest of outdoor activities.

Prior to getting into the Real Estate industry, I spent much of my youth learning the importance of working with comittment from my family. Once out in the world, I found myself in the advertising industry for 24 plus years. Along the way, I was blessed to rise in the ranks of advertising to the executive management branches where I eventually became vested.I became a shareholder as well as handling my management duties. Working for almost a quarter of a century in advertising industry polishing my skills as an entrepreneur, I set out to bring these attributes to Real Estate.

I haveworked with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties since 2002. Coldwell Banker Prime Properties is a leading firm the Central New York Real Estate market. This company is among the top 10 largest Coldwell Banker Brokers in theUSA.

As most of you know, Coldwell Banker Prime Properties operates in the heart of the Central New York area which lies west of the capital New York, Albany. The Central New York region is surrounded by the St. Lawrence River Region on the North, Utica to the East, Cortland in the South and Finger Lakes Region to the West. The Real Estate market in this region has been one of the steadiest in the whole of the US Market.
 
Apart from being an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, I am also a  Real Estate Developer in the Central New York Region. Two notable developments are Shaker Heights in Camillus and Applecross II in Dewitt/Jamesville.  I also representative several high-end home builders, including:

• Kathy Kotz Custom Homes

In addition to my membership in the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors, I serve on the board of directors as well. I have been on many committees over the years at the Association of Realtors and currently serve on the Marketing Task Force (for 5 years now) and have been chairing the committee for the last 3 years.
 
I am very actively involved in our local communities and I am a passionate supporter of the Coaches for Cancer charities, a cause that is very important to myself, my family, and all of my friends. I encourage you to donate to this cause as often as you can. No matter the amount, every penny is worth contributing.

My aim is to work with people, instead of areas and prices, as it is the people of this region I love as much as those I left behind in North Carolina.
